Topps expands major sponsorship of 2013 Industry Summit

LAS VEGAS (March 4, 2013) – The Topps Company will host the largest retailer seminar in industry history, bringing its executive team together with more than 250 independent sports collectible retailers for a featured event at the 2013 Industry Summit trade conference.
Featuring value-packed presentations from leading U.S. and Canada retailers, this year’s Topps “Retailing For Success” seminar will provide retailers from across North America with innovative tools and strategies for expanding their sports card and collectible businesses.

The Topps seminar is scheduled Monday, March 18, during prime time of the industry’s annual trade event. The 250 confirmed retailing participants will comprise “the largest seminar in Retailing For Success history, without question,’’ moderator Alan Narz said.
The afternoon seminar will also feature a unique Q&A opportunity with Topps executives, including Nielsen; VP/GM Doug Kruep, VP/Sports Mark Sapir, VP/Product Development Clay Luraschi, Hobby Sales Director David Reel, VP Finance/Operations David Leiner and Trade Marketing Director Rachelle King.
